Our front door lock was not operating properly, had to turn the knob to close instead of just pulling it shut. Neil fixed the lock quickly and also took care of our squeaky hinges. Great work, very satisfied and would certainly have him come back if another lock goes awry.
Luke was there when he said he would be and worked quickly and efficiently. Spent time to explain how the system worked, and made sure i could operate the APP. Highly recommend and you should request Luke

Goldy Locks did the homework, tracked down the exact lock I needed, and got it ordered right away. Once it arrived, Lance G. installed it incredibly fast and answered my questions on how to operate it once again. The team was highly professional throughout the entire process and provided top-tier service. I’m so happy to have a secure door again—will definitely use them in the future!
