Just moved to a new house in Elmhurst and was referred to Pat at Bell's Lock & Key from a friend in the neighborhood so we could get 4 door locks rekeyed into a single key. Pat was able to come out the same day (4 hour later), spent 90 minutes rekeying 4 doors that actually had 6 keyholes total and did a great job. He was extremely friendly, has years of experience, and was fair with pricing. Would definitely use him again.

Called one afternoon and had service within 20 minutes. Came to two addresses for service and was quick and efficient. Kind, caring and took the time to explain things to me. Would use every time.

Bell's locksmith helped us when the very old lock on our door, which suddenly jammed. Because the door was so old and big, Pat had to research and find a lock that would fit. He found one, ordered it and installed it which included muscling out the old lock. It's beautiful, works perfectly and for all of that work his bill was reasonable. Great guy!
