What a surprise to finally find a company that offers great customer service, is attentive and courteous and actually wants to make sure you are a satisfied customer! We recently had ************** install a Trane furnace and they were very pleasant, courteous and willing to answer any questions. Had a great experience with Paul, one of the techs on a rooftop installation performed a few days ago. Apparently another more complex electrical problem arose. Paul was persistent in identifying the problem. I needed an immediate solution based on the needs of this particular tenant. Paul took the time on a holiday weekend to solve that problem. I called Magtek in the morning because my A/C wasn’t blowing, Paul came out the same day! He called 15 min before appointment to let me know he was on his way. On arrival, Paul thoroughly checked the entire system inside and outside, determined the issue, explained what needed to be done, cleaned outside unit, and stayed to ensure everything was working properly before packing up.
