“We used Fortune Restoration, in Nov of 2022, on our 1907 house located in Chicago.They did a fantastic job on all aspects. Professionalism, response times, flexibility, quality of work, and amazing crews were all 5 stars. (Also, respect for their crews).Our project entailed reconstruction of rotting porch, painting the front of the house, painting trim and windows frames, and tuckpointing the brick foundation.Being a home geek (construction, remodeling, etc) I always look for quality, knowledge, and respectable/reasonable price. While it was a lot of money, it was a ton of work.I think…. I could have hired separate people for each discipline and maybe saved a tiny amount… but why? This is what Fortune Restoration does… all day… all year… they are true professionals. They know their timing, materials, process, etc, etc.“
