We used Fortune Restoration, in Nov of 2022, on our 1907 house located in Chicago.They did a fantastic job on all aspects. Professionalism, response times, flexibility, quality of work, and amazing crews were all 5 stars. (Also, respect for their crews).Our project entailed reconstruction of rotting porch, painting the front of the house, painting trim and windows frames, and tuckpointing the brick foundation.Being a home geek (construction, remodeling, etc) I always look for quality, knowledge, and respectable/reasonable price. We highly recommend Fortune Restoration! Our 140-year-old, five-story condominium building needed maintenance of its Indiana sandstone decorative rock which flanks the entrance and the structural steel in balconies, gates, stairs and railings. Our Fortune Restoration sales rep, Matt Fortune, invested the time to thoroughly understand our needs and provided a competitive quote.
