“We had a pipe freeze and break and we didn’t realize it. After connecting the hose and turning on the water to fill our pool, our basement filled instead. The company was out in 12 hours. Ripped out carpeting sucked out all the water. Removed drywall, insulation, baseboard then sprayed so mold would grow.
