Reliance Roof Troop was hired to determine and resolve a couple of issues with my Mother's roof and attic insulation. They were incredibly responsive and professional in keeping me in the loop with her issues and plans for resolution. They went over and above what was expected based on the service agreement. They were also on time for appointments, courteous to my Mother and cleaned up after projects. I will definitely recommend this company to anyone in need of the services they offer. Reliance Roof Troop went above and beyond my expectations. They efficiently replaced the shingles and aluminum flashing on my mansard roof. Daniel was quick to resolve any minor issues that cropped up, going as far as doing the job himself to make sure it was to satisfaction. His hands-on approach and regular project check-ins ensured a seamless process. Although the cost was slightly higher than the competition, I'm confident in my choice. Daniel was really helpful and explained everything thoroughly. He was able to fix my gutter that is loosen. He recommended and advised me options in the future about gutter, roofing and siding. I highly recommend Reliance Roof Troop with any services they offer.
