“I made the mistake of calling another company first. After the assessment and waiting 3 days for a return call I finally called ServPro.
It’s been over a week and still haven’t heard squat from the other company and Servpro has completed their work already.
Sean the project manager scheduled my assessment the next day.
Neal the assessor was prompt on time and answered every question I had, especially when work would begin.
Once the assessment was completed Sean informed me that a crew would be there. In a few hours Alex the crew chief and crew arrived.
The crews main goal was to please me, the customer. The crew was outstanding removing my wet flooring and pad, baseboards, tack strips, and clean up. Day two they were back and finished all the required demo.
Sean…….project manager, very professional, customer oriented, and great guy to do business with.
Neal……assessor, prompt, professional, customer oriented, great guy to talk with.
Alex….crew chief, professional, was there to serve the customer, answered all question, great communication even after they left the premises.
The Crew……very hard working people.
Servpro should be honored to have these people representing them.
