“First off I want to thank the team at SynergenX (SW FRWY Location) for their help given they’ve done what other health professionals either would not or could not do. What do I mean, I asked my primary care physician to do a blood work up or panel if you will because I suspected my numbers were low. (I still have no results and was paid upfront) I told them I would pay cash up front no need to discuss what insurance would or would not cover. I’m 58 and I knew I needed help. Every doctor I visited would not listen to me. I was really bad off when I came into the SouthWest freeway location. My concerns were quickly dismissed when they did blood work, which is completed the same day not months as other tests I’ve had this year. Matter of fact one doctor refused to answer any questions after my visit. He, the doctor who would not answer questions was paid over $600.00 just for the visit and now won’t answer questions thru My Chart or by phone. He literally replied after numerous attempts to contact him that he doesn’t answer post visit questions after telling me he and his nurse Lisa would follow up with results after test results came back. That was a month ago. Thankfully I choose to continue my search for help. With that said SynergenX has been a real blessing. Their team took my blood with no bruising nor pain. My weekly injections are quick, but very thorough. I can’t imagine how anyone would complain about the service, so if you have, then you will be really unhappy with the medical staff at your typical hospital which typically won’t even discuss this type of treatment given my real world experience. Keep up the great work and for those making some pretty harsh complaints it’s your loss.“

Their communication is second to nine, and they are very detailed and what they do. Yesenia, Yurivia, Guadalupe, Vanessa and the others in that office do a great job.

I have watched them with their patients in real time, and I can tell you for a fact that they genuinely care about what they do.“

“I didn't know what to expect, but it certainly wasn't a boutique experience. I needed a compression garment after a lumpectomy and radiation. When I saw "medical supply store", I expected something very clinical. Benchmark is the opposite, with warm, caring, and personal touches. I was shown several options, fitted expertly, and shown how to adjust/care for the bra and padding. I wish *everyone* going through breast cancer had access to a place like this.“

“I have seen Dr Lesser for the past 30 years. He is an excellent Dr and tells you how it is no sugar coating but facts and what options are.. Not sure why some say otherwise as I have never had issues there. He has always been kind and caring. He took care of my father while he had dementia until he passed.. Can't say enough "Good" about this establishment. I think people that have left negative comments are people that did not hear what they wanted to hear so they blame the staff or Dr. OR people that where not "catered to"...They cannot cancel an appointment just so they can see you. Maybe he is filled up because he is that good :)“
