They were very thorough and I am very pleased with their work. They were very respectful of the house and cleaned up very nicely once they were done. It was about 4 months from contact to completion of our water damage project, but it was mostly because there was a flood (pun intended) of new customers at the time stemming from a massive rainstorm in the area.
