Daniel came today to clean my 9x12 wool area rug. My rug wasn’t super dirty but it looks fresher and cleaner now. Daniel was very professional, answered my questions and/or explained the procedure. Great job, great service.

Jason did a fantastic job cleaning my carpeting. Due to an unfortunate set of circumstances, my carpeting had gotten into pretty bad condition with pet stains. Jason give me an estimate, which was more than I hoped to spend, but doable, so I went with the pet treatment, sanitizer and deodorizer. Jason was very thorough in treating each and every pet spot using an infrared light and when he was done the carpeting practically looked like the day it was installed and the pet odor was gone. I almost cried. I'm so happy with the service I received and the professional courtesy shown to me by Jason. Scheduling was very efficient. Arrangements very clear and the tech was on time and ready to go, Details of services and costs were very clear; various options explained. Paper work done and the work promptly done. Tech was very efficient. Questions asked regarding approaches to cleaning and were carried out as agreed. No waste of time. Organized! Was in and out with no delay--obviously pre-thought on ways to approach the various steps. Tech was a very nice young manner and he conducted himself in both a personal and professional manner.
