He was very accommodating in making some proposal adjustments we requested. Jason & Brian (installers) came out to do the initial review of the project and take measurements. They called out several things during their initial visit that were not mentioned by any of the other contractors - I could tell they were seasoned professionals. Job took a little longer than originally quoted, but that was due to what they uncovered during demo.
