Tom, the owner, came to our home surveyed the job and was back in no time with a very reasonable price based on everything that we wanted. He worked with us every step of the way in choosing all of the fixtures and materials needed to complete the project.HMI contractors are very professional and very neat with their work. They are quick to identify mistakes and how to fix them. They made sure to correct every mistake the original builders hid behind the walls and underneath floorboards. They are also very thorough in making sure everything is exactly as you want it- often asking you questions that you wouldn't even think to ask. Unlike some contractors, HMI is not pushy when it comes to where you purchase the materials and supplies needed to complete your project which can be off putting for some.We are extremely happy with the quality of work done by Tom, Scott, Paul and Josh. He took time to explain the process of working with the insurance company after the approval limited the scope of work needed. “Excellent work and the two guys that came out did a great job. They moved some heavy furniture and put everything back where it belonged. The carpet is wonderful. The only thing I would add is at one point, I needed to back out of my garage and they were parked behind me and their van wouldn’t start. The driver explained to me that he needed to wait about 30 minutes for the starter. He was able to get it started pretty quickly, and I had the flexibility to wait, but if your superior corporation is the one who provides the trucks, then I would say perhaps look into more consistent maintenance.“

“We interviewed a number of contractors but G-CAT who was referred to us by a friend was our final choice.

They did a great job removing our asphalt driveway, porch and large cracked concrete patio and replaced it with concrete. We also had a sidewalk added connecting the driveway to the backyard patio.

Vito helped make design recommendations when we asked and the design is perfect. Michael , his father also was part of the team and he helped us understand some of our current village code standards for our safety which we didn't have in our prior porch and steps.

We looked forward to hearing the workers arriving at our house by 615a with large equipment and they worked wonderfully as a hard working team to get the job done.

We love our concrete work and our neighbors keep stopping by admiring it and making alot of positive comments to how it help enhance our home and street appeal.

“Marvel Radon Experts were great to work with. They provided a representative quote upfront and that is what I was charged after all was said and done. While the installation was expensive, it was within line (on the lower range) of other quotes I had received. The installation was fast and the workers were kind and respectful. They answered all of my questions and made sure not to proceed with installation until I was certain of the placement. The team scheduled a follow-up radon test to ensure the equipment was working properly. I would highly recommend this company for great service!“

“I had Harris install a new roof on my home. Joe was very thorough in explaining the company and how they go about installing the roof and his follow up was excellent. Zac and his crew work very well together. You can tell this isn't their first rodeo. I spoke with Tom in the office regarding install date, permits, etc and all was good there too. There was a small detail that needed to be corrected on my contact. Whoever filled out the paperwork at the office spelled my street name wrong, not once but twice and also didn't add the complete product name to the contract. Both small, but important details.
However, that did not deter from my 5 star rating.
