I can’t recommend J&K Home Improvement and Restoration enough! 🌟 John Lee made the entire roof replacement process so easy and stress-free. He explained everything clearly and was incredibly knowledgeable. What really impressed me was his integrity—he found an issue from the original builders that others may have ignored, but he made sure it was fixed the right way.
The crew was fantastic—professional, efficient, and respectful of my property. They completed the job in about 10 hours and left everything spotless. You wouldn’t even know they were here, except for the beautiful new roof on my house!
If you’re looking for quality work and a company you can trust, I highly recommend J&K. A true 5-star experience from start to finish! 🙌🏽🏡

It should be the team at J & K Home Improvement. They served as an extension of our intentions. They were our advocate from Day 1 when we first had a site visit to 1 week after completion.
The relationship is what made the experience - conversations on text, conference call, and the quick stop-by.
I was so proud to have the J&K truck in my driveway.
It’s no wonder J&Al are Lake County Five-Star Rated Contractors.
Looking for a reputable and honest contractor? J&K may be the one you have been looking for. I am a very skeptical person when dealing with contractors in general. Why? Because I used to be an insurance adjuster and have seen how home exterior contractors do their business. Most of them are scammers and short-change their customers with inferior materials and lousy workmanship. Furthermore, I don't trust any contractor out there unless a friend, trusty neighbor has vouched for it as an honest and reliable contractor.
