“I was completely at a loss on who to call and trust with the work I needed on the scary crack I noticed in my garage foundation . I did some searching online and came across Family First Restoration. The reviews across different platforms were consistent on what a pleasure it is to do business with this company.Felicia, the office manager, was one of the most pleasant and helpful persons I've encountered (she is also prompt in getting back to me). She asked that I text her a picture of the crack and she'll forward it to Martin (the owner). Martin reviewed the information and came out the next day to evaluate the situation.He said if there's one crack there has to be another. AND you know what? There was another crack that I didn't even notice. The price was good (it was in my expected range) and I scheduled the work. I asked him about a preventative solution to avoid further disruption and he came up with a plan and quote for a drainage system.The day of the job Martin and his employee Ruben came out to complete the project. Ruben is a very friendly and personable gentleman.The reviews about Martin are spot on. Martin is very knowledgeable and professional. “Fredd Construction did an awesome job on the roof for the house and garage. They arrived at 6:59 a.m. We were told between 7 and 9 a.m. would be the time. So to say they were prompt is an understatement. On top of that, it was raining with thunder and lightning. We just knew they were going to cancel. They remained in their vehicles until the rain subsided. Talking about impressive. It did not let up until 8:15 a.m. which is when they got started. You could here the business of them on the roof. Didn't have to check on them, micro manage, none of that. They were efficient. It's clear they were very experienced in roofing. They had systems in place. But I did come out around 4 p.m. and there was stuff everywhere. So I asked if they'd make sure to get it all. He reassured me without a doubt, they'd be cleaning this all up once they were done. Let me tell you, they left the yard spotless!!!!! As if they were never there. Only took them approximately 8 1/2 hours!!!! Would I recommend their work amd service, MOST DEFINITELY!!!
