I just called FTC now to come out and see if i have a leak and they immediately told me to turn down humidity, turn on ceiling fans and started taking charge of the problem before they even scheduled an appt time. I’m impressed with the professionalism. Hope the rest goes well too.

We had a reference from a friend of ours. He had used them to replace windows and to do siding. We just needed a repair or so we thought. ***** came took a look climbed up on the roof and took pictures to show us. He showed where the problem was at, and that the rest of the roof was original from 30 years ago. We have lived here for nine years. He recommended a new roof, and had an estimate to us within two days. We scheduled a time and they actually came two days early than planned since the weather was in our favor. ***** was the nicest person to deal with. If the employees are all this good, I would highly recommend them.

We had a pesky and periodic leak which Dakota from FTC Oury diagnosed and fixed. Most roofers would have simply recommended a whole new roof, but Dakota took the time to pinpoint the problem and offer more cost effective options. Yes, FTC Oury is professional, responsive and has good value, but more importantly, they care and their exceptional service reflects that. You can trust these guys!
