He explained the equipment, process and timeline and made sure we were comfortable with the purchase. Pricing, knowledge, and service were top-notch and they are a great crew to get to know. They also did some extra work of digging, pouring concrete, and installing new receptacle outside for generator backup. I highly recommend Burns for any work you need done.“
“We didn't know it at the time, but we had a surprise mouse visit our outdoor heating/cooling unit and chewed through some of the electrical wiring. The temperature dropped considerably that night both outdoors and in our home. We called Jacobs Air Conditioning & Heating the next morning and Jim Jacobs (the owner) showed up quickly, ran a battery of tests, and discovered the evidence and problem was a hungry critter who had eaten through several important wires in the outdoor unit. Jim had everything he needed in his truck to rewire the severed connections, and we could feel heat returning throughout the house. Impressive first-rate service. Definitely merits 5 stars.“

“We are old in our 80's and fragile . Our power goes out very oftenWe have a old gas generator that has become to hard for us to start it up and keep it going especially in the winter. With this last power outage just a few weeks ago we decided to purchase a Generac generator. The sales person Jeff was very informative and helpful, never any high pressure. Our son and my husband and I decided to purchase the Generac. Jonathon & Michael H along with John C .& Chris did the job . Job# RA307261 on 7-31-2023.We were very pleased with the way they worked and how they kept us informed in all that they were doing. They were very friendly and courteous to us old folks. They worked hard and long hours to makes sure everything was A.OK. Also they cleaned up the debris that was accumulated. We are so pleased with the results.
