We recently had the opportunity to engage the services of Pass One Hour for 1) maintenance of our HVAC system and 2) duct cleaning. Nate appeared early to the scheduled time to do the maintenance work. He was a very personable young man, willing to explain his procedures and recommendations. He was not "pushy" at all with his recommendations for certain repairs that he felt needed addressing. He gave options, allowing for things that needed immediate attention, things that could wait, and simple things that we could do ourselves.
