“?Update: 3rd time's the charm! At NO fault of Country Comfort Solutions the new board previously installed was faulty. Jarrett [same awesome tech as last time!] came out and replaced the faulty board with a new one [thank you Jarrett!] AND at NO charge for parts OR labor!!! Thank you Brad!!!! What an amazing company!!! In a day and age where customer service is so frequently lacking [or completely non-existent], it is soooooooo great to be able to rely upon Country Comfort Solutions!!!WOW! Brad and his crew are great! They are professional, courteous and clean! When we called with no heat, Jarrett made an emergency visit to our home and left the furnace area cleaner than when he began the service! They also wore shoe covers to protect our flooring and that means a lot to me, it shows that they don't just care about the job, they care about us as well as our home! When the issue unfortunately repeated itself, Brad showed up personally and got our heat up and running again and only charged us for the parts!
