I have nothing but great things to say about NIR Roofcare. They handled my roof replacement from start to finish including getting the permits . Tom kept me informed on the status of the project and let me know when they would be out working on the project. These guys are the best! Always in a good mood on the phone and extremely helpful in making sure my roofs were protected. I manage two apartment complex’s in Illinois, and have been working with them now for almost 5 years, and my roofs have been watered tight since then! They come out twice a year for us, and the roof care specialist is always in a good mood and makes sure my roofs are good to go! Aaron has been awesome to work with these last 5 years and I will continue to use NIR for their services in the future!
I call this morning regarding a roofing issue for The Open Arm Foundation. Although they are not expected to come out until Friday, the level of relief that I felt after the conversation with Aaron. Having an issue with your roof is stressful enough but when your business has roof leakage issues (at a location where all you want to do is serve and be of service to those in need and unable to do so) is not only stressful but the level of anxiety is on an all time high. All you want to to hear is that the project will be done completed and done right.Aaron was patience and compassionate as I shared my concerns. I will highly recommend NIR... I cannot wait until Friday....read full review
