I had a great experience with Eddy from NIR Roofing. He came out to address some leaking issues on the roof, and I was very impressed with his professionalism, knowledge, and attention to detail. He took the time to carefully assess the problem, explain what was happening, and provide helpful advice regarding future repairs and maintenance.
Eddy was honest, courteous, and very professional throughout the entire visit. I truly appreciated that he didn’t just focus on the immediate problem but also took the time to give us recommendations to help prevent future issues. It’s clear that he takes pride in his work and genuinely cares about doing things the right way.

Renee Mendoza serviced our multi unit building after having leaks from the terrible storm/tornado in July 2026, and I can’t recommend him & NIR enough. As a member of our HOA Board, I appreciate how knowledgeable Renee was; he provided detailed explanations of our issues and his recommendations were thoughtful of our time and budget. He was very flexible in offering follow up appointments as the rain swiftly returned so he was unable to complete everything, but he made sure to temporarily repair the roof in the meantime. I can’t recommend Renee enough and will request to work with him again anytime!
