“started shopping for a roofer back in early summer last year after noticing some curled shingles and a few missing tabs after a wind storm. got three quotes total. JRs wasnt the cheapest but the inspector spent the most time up there and came back with photos of stuff the other two hadnt mentioned including some questionable flashing around the bathroom vent. that kind of sealed it for me. financing was offered which i ended up using because we wanted to do the full job rather than patch and hope. signed the contract in july, work happened in late august which they had told me upfront because they were booked. day of the install they showed up at 7am like promised, three trucks worth of guys, and had the old roof off by lunch. new one was on by end of day two. cleanup was thorough, the only thing i found later was one nail in the driveway. invoice matched the contract to the penny”
