“I contacted them during a rainstorm on a Sunday, and Jim came out at noon Monday. (The water heater manufacturer's website gave me his contact info, since he is authorized to service them.) Jim is extremely knowledgeable about water heaters and fixed our problem in a half an hour for a reasonable rate, even though others I contacted wanted to replace our water heater. I would use him to install my next water heater, but he no longer does that .“

“Honest Guys did an excellent job with the installation of my new furnace with humidifier system on December 23, 2023. They keep me informed on the delivery of the equipment with ETA status for their arrival. My new furnace is running great, but they had a problem with the new humidifier not starting up due to a programming with the panel. So I was scheduled for 2nd visit to complete the final installation on humidifier. It was scheduled for December 27, 2023 between 9-10AM which they texted me/called me to advise me they were on their way. “It’s taken me a while to write this review, but I was reminded when I saw the caulk around the tub faucet in my daughter’s bathroom. Dave took the time to caulk the faucet after replacing the cartridge which turned out to be a bit challenging. Dave and Harley came in focused to work. They were quick, efficient and very professional. Dave and Harley were a pleasure to work with and I will definitely be calling them for all of my plumbing needs. “Two gentlemen came to my home and were very helpful. Jay and Tiger (I think) were their names. They explained the problem, fixed the problem, and explained a more permanent solution for future consideration. I didn't time them, but I would estimate they were in and out on under an hour. Nice guys. They lady on the phone, Robin(I think) was also very polite and helpful when I asked for a price quote and scheduling time window. By the way the plumbers arrived within the 30 minute appointment widow I was given. I will definitely call this company for my future plumbing needs.“
