Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup
“Roto-Rooter ended up having to clean up the mess of another plumber who excavated and put in PVC years ago. The plumber didn't attach the ends of the pipe to the cast iron or the end of the sewer to connect it to the town line. This was causing roots to infiltrate my line as well as allowing some settling to start changing how the pipes line up.
The entire team couldn't have been nicer when helping me out. Although the project ended up being higher than the estimate(mainly because he hadn't worked up the numbers officially) and I still have a problem that's beyond the work that was done (further into the house) without advice on how to address it, I still give them a 5 because they really took care of me. I wasn't home for the repair, but I had the numbers for a couple of the managers. When it was completed, they also really took care to put my disturbed landscaping back to normal as much as possible.
They completed the work on 1 day, had it inspected on day 2, and they covered the area immediately following the inspection rather than waiting for day 3.”
