“My furnace went out, I called Williamsons and they were available to come out within 2 hours to look at it. The furnace is pretty old but they were able to diagnose the problem and fix it within an hour while being honest with me about probably wanting to think about replacing the system in the future. They could have easily told me there was nothing to do and I needed a replacement now but they were extremely honest and able to buy me some time for now. He also went over estimated pricing (per my request) if I'm interested in the future. There was no pressure at all. Very honest, fast and good work! Highly recommend and appreciate!“

“I talked to a lot of different plumbing places in town but from phone call to finishing up the job Norms plumbing was a fantastic experience. I needed my outside spigot and inside water shutoff replaced. They were friendly on the phone and actually took the time to hear me explain my issue. They were able to make it to my house the next day even though they said it would take two, which shouldn't be expected but is awesome! When they came by, they started working quickly and got it done in no time. “Called Gary am 8-4-25 for a plugged main drain. Gary arrived promptly and got to work. Gary was able to get the main drain flowing in a short time. Gary diagnosed what he thought was causing the problem as a misalignment. Gary gave me options to repair thr drain permanently. Really great advice as Gary has several decades of experience having seen every possible plumbing issue. Reasonably priced. I recommend Gary Downing for any plumbing need.“

Hvac Rios replaced my AC unit last year, they were quick to come out for a service call, their price was excellent on a new unit with install and the work was done quickly and professionally. I also was having issues with my furnace recently and again they came out very quickly, the work was a tad pricey for a thermostat installation but for an emergency call it was not too out of place. I would recommend, they are always willing to work and do a great job of getting to you ASAP.“
