“Kay was fabulous, from Day One. I came in with a vision in mind. She jumped up and grabbed a cpl of her wallpaper books and let me know that what I'm looking for, most likely, was inside. We went through them, together. I went home with a book and a separate sample. She told me that the exact book she believed would contain my potential choice per my description of my vision was out on loan. Kay told me to come back later that week, and, she'd have that book. Well, sure enough, when I returned for that book, my vision was right before my eyes. I found My One! She gave me an installer upon request along with a wealth of knowledge to help me on my personal design journey. And, when the said installer was out of town "for the season", Kay's team provided a second option who turned out to be a dream. Maria showed up on time, worked efficiently, was a pleasure to speak with at my house and created a gorgeous new dining accent wall with my new wallpaper.
