“Our horse is here currently. When she arrived I drove away praying.. in under 2 hours I received this photo. The peace & comfort given in just the 1st week is BEYOND perfect. Today I received Week 1 progress report and I was overwhelmed with joy. BEST DECISION MADE EVER! The communication & care plan created are so reassuring and you can tell they truely care about the horses they care for.”
“We greatly appreciate the doctors hearing our concerns and collaborating with us on a treatment plan for our pet. Our visit came as a result of needing a 2nd opinion on a surgery. Dr. McKenzie listened to all our concerns, and presented multiple options in an easy to understand manner. When it became clear that surgery was needed, the surgeon, Dr. Weber, performed a seamless and minimally invasive procedure. She was quick to provide updates via phone call, and gave clear post-treatment instructions that have led to an easy-to-manage home care plan. We are so grateful to have our cat, Theo, alive and on the mend!”
“Dr. Butler and the whole team at Barrington make me feel like my cat’s health and well being are their number one priority. Whether it’s an emergency visit, or a well check, the staff are responsive to my questions and doing what is best for my cat. The staff excels at putting cats at ease. Mr. Buxco loves Dr. Butler so much he’s actually head butted her! Before finding Barrington, I had tried a number of vets in the Chicago area and felt that they did not treat Mr. Buxco with the care he deserves. At Barrington, from the waiting room to the patient room and all the way to the follow up emails and calls, Dr. Butler and the rest of the team at Barrington listen to my concerns, pay attention to my cats symptoms, and work to keep Mr. Buxco feeling his best!!! Thank you all.”
