“We greatly appreciate the doctors hearing our concerns and collaborating with us on a treatment plan for our pet. Our visit came as a result of needing a 2nd opinion on a surgery. Dr. McKenzie listened to all our concerns, and presented multiple options in an easy to understand manner. When it became clear that surgery was needed, the surgeon, Dr. Weber, performed a seamless and minimally invasive procedure. She was quick to provide updates via phone call, and gave clear post-treatment instructions that have led to an easy-to-manage home care plan. “I have been taking my dogs to MAH for over 20 years. They are great. Our rescue pup has needed 2 dentals and has had to have teeth removed and they have done a good job. They provide pain meds, antibiotics and anything else that is needed to help him heal. He does not seem traumatized when he comes home, and he heals quickly. They always call to check on him and making check up appointments is super easy. Always happy with my visits.“

“Every time we passed Skycrest, our cousin would point out that is Zoa's vet, they are wonderful. Sad to say, Zoa's owner passed and we inherited Zoa. Since Zoa meant so much to our cousin, we continued to take her there. Years ago, one of Skycrest's employees found Zoa under a car, ready to give birth, she was if anything a year old. They took care of Zoa and found homes for her offsprings. They approached our cousin, who just lost her cat, and told her they have an awesome kitty for her. They have a picture of her with her kittens and all say hi to her when we bring her in. They have been absolutely helpful with us caring for Zoa, who is 13 years young. “My 4 month old Labrador Retriever, Hooper, absolutely loves Dr. Marx. She is AMAZING with him, and of course he LOVES when she wears her sparkly shoes! The entire practice has been outstanding since I got him. I know my puppy is in great hands under their outstanding care. This practice is excellent at handling last minute appointments and very responsive to any inquiries. I look forward to watching Hooper grow under their care and nurturing.“

“I have 2 XL breeds (Rottweiler and Bernese Mountain Dog) I brought in to visit one day after the other. Their technician, Katie, was a standout. Very kind and welcoming. It was nice to see a team not afraid of my XL breeds and interacting with them although they are both reserved when meeting new faces. I'll be brining in my bullymix at the end of the month. “Love these guys. I’ve been a customer of the Grayslake Animal Hospital for 16 years. All three of my cats got care from Dr. Kevin Marion. He’s such a wonderful vet and a very nice person. He was always upfront with me about illnesses and treatment plans. They even worked with me financially if the expense was over my budget. There’s an after hours on call Vet that I’ve had to call sometimes. They were wonderful in fitting me in for mild emergencies the next day. I can’t say enough good things. I highly recommend this place.“

Our dog, Bruda, had UTIs repeatedly & Dr. Sweeney & Dr. Marrinan were the only vets to actually investigate further and take our concerns seriously (& we saw at least 5 vets prior)! “First time with my newly adopted kitten from Orphans of the Storm. The vet completed a health check, complete with nail trim, a few shots that were due and had time to neuter at the same visit. Friendly, easy, clean. The facility is nice with spacious consultation rooms that would fit a family.“

“Hilltop Animal Hospital is a wonderful place to take your fur baby. We've been coming here for the past 3 years and won't go anywhere else. Dr Trip he's very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. You can tell he is a total animal lover who truly cares about your pet. I feel like some veterinarians just "do their job" and don't really care about getting to know your pet. My baby Harley adores Dr Trip and always gives him "the lean." he doesn't do that to just anybody. He also talks to your dog not just you. When we pull in he is always excited to go in the door. “I am a first time dog owner, they had been my Dog’s Dr since she was born , she’s currently about to be 9 years old, they had answered and help me with any questions I had over the years , they had been on top it , I recently had a little scared with my dog where I had to take her to urgent Vet so to them been close , and even they did a bunch of test of my dog they were unable to find the reason was my dog wasn’t feeling well , the next day I call Arlington park Veterinary Hospital her actually Vet , they told me to bring her in , I did and within hrs her Dr was able to come to a conclusion, put her in the right medication and within hrs my baby was back to jump and run around the house , i cnt be more grateful with them , they had been on top when it comes to Dog health I will highly recommend them“

“Deer Grove Animal Hospital is one of a kind! We’ve been visiting Dr. Flahaven and his team for 5+ years and we always look forward to our appointments.

When my childhood dog was declining in her old age, they were so accommodating for emergency visits and I will always appreciate how thorough, honest, and empathetic Dr. Flahaven was during that time.

Since then, the team has been so excited to meet and love on all of our new additions! The front desk and vet techs are some of the sweetest people ever. They treat all of my pets like they are their own. I have a pretty nervous rescue pup. He’s 3 years old now and he’s never shown any signs of stress at Deer Grove. I think he really does look forward to it!

Lastly, I just wanted to share some of the adorable things I overheard the vet techs saying to my new kitten while they were literally cleaning gross ear mites out of her ears because it made my day how sweet they were being to her.

“Dr. Gill and his wife are absolutely wonderful! I’m a preschool teacher in Lake Zurich, and they generously took time to visit our classroom during our “Community Helpers” theme. Dr. Gill talked with the children about his profession, brought in different doctor tools for them to explore, and even surprised us with three adorable kittens. After being rejected by 7 other clinics, I stumbled across this location as a last hope before having to go to Urgent Care or ER for something I knew didn’t need that. Thanks to their expertise, my little man is on antibiotics, and they’re offering antifungals if needed, and I couldn’t appreciate them any more. A pro as well is that they’re nearby!
