“Very patient and caring. My husband worked for the USPO. His employer told me I will receive paperwork 3-4 weeks after death. I was told to let the funeral home know and they would know what to do. I did t know the amount of coverage. Mr. Spencer was calm and said well take care of it they didn’t pressure me or call me regarding payments. It was during the holidays and at the time of my husband’s visitation I asked had they heard from the USPO and they hadn’t. Nevertheless things went on as scheduled and I was not to worry.
