“The crew that provided the service was awesome and the 4 stars are for them. The only negative was we did not receive an estimated time the night before or the morning of the service. Thankfully we were home so not a big issue. The sales/estimator experience was less than stellar. Fortunately we had a previous great experience with this Service Master or we would have moved on without hiring them simply because of the estimator. She was ill prepared for inspecting the house to give a quote. We had to ask for the quote because we never received it. No follow up and slow to respond.“
