“Had a fantastic experience using Loren Carpet Cleaners to clean some area rugs this week.My poor dog ate something that turned his GI tract into a salad spinner, and he unleashed its fury all over our rug. We did our best to clean it but the rug still had some staining and odor. “Tom and the team from Duraclean were outstanding! We had a terrible flood in our basement. Tom came and assessed the damage, explained everything thoroughly, spent 90 minutes doing this while FaceTiming with my husband who could not be on site. He and his team were incredibly professional, kind, thorough, and did exactly what was proposed, and more. It has been a very challenging time but Tom and his team and the staff, Vanessa specifically, have been seamless in helping this difficult time not feel awful. We literally feel like we have a team on our side, guiding all the steps and there is an end date to this mess. And, their pricing is incredibly fair.
