Alan came by today to clean out our air ducts, and I couldn't be happier with how everything went. Right off the bat, he was super friendly, easy to talk to, and walked us through what he was going to do so there were no surprises.
The coolest part was when he actually showed us the before-and-after of the ducts. Seeing how much gunk was trapped in there and then seeing them completely spotless afterward was a huge relief. You can literally tell the air in the house feels fresher already.
