I recently worked with Lake Cook Solutions to replace my home computer and printer. John and Megan met with me to identify my requirements and to inform me of the services they can provide. Needless to say I was very impressed and relieved that could assist me in identifying products that fulfilled my needs especially as I am an individual user and not a business operation. Lake Cook Solutions is a truly tech savvy and professional business and I am extremely satisfied with their services. I needed a new laptop and printer. I felt overwhelmed with the wide variety of choices (and prices) in the market place and contacted LCS to help me. LCS owners, John and Megan Hansen, are a terrific team. We discussed my specifications and budget. Megan provided three laptop options, all with the latest technology, for me to choose from. We have used *********************, Lake Cook Solutions, for at least 5 years. He took **************** computers & upgraded them w/more powerful solid state drives...we had more memory & much faster speed that our previous computers. He provided in-house service. The 2 computers are synced up. **** has always responded to any requests/questions promptly. We were happy & surprised that he was able to transfer a software program that had been on our last 2 or 3 computers & got the ********************* to continue working. We were pleased w/his prices & found them very competitive.
