“This kennel was great. Friendly staff and nice large outdoor area for dogs to play. But unfortunately the Grayslake facility closed in October. Evidently permanently so. Nobody seems to know why but c'est La vie“

“About a month ago me and my wife were expecting our first child. We don’t have any family in the area and the best solution for us was to find boarding for our pups during our hospital stay. The only challenge, we only had a rough idea of when we would need them to stay! I was assured not to worry about it, Stephanie even gave me her number to call directly at anytime day or night to ease my concerns…above and beyond! Well, sometimes kids do what they want, and ours decided he wanted to make his appearance two weeks early in the middle of the night, lol. We called, they took us in after 2am, and we were quickly on our way to the hospital. It was completely stress free, I got my wife and son home, scheduled convenient curbside pickup, they were ready for me and happy when I got there.

I can’t thank you all enough! There was so much going on and to worry about leading up to our big day and your help allowed us to focus on that. If we ever need a place again for Odin and Nala, we will be back!“

“i have lived in so many places which means my pup has seen multiple groomers in different areas. But duke and friends in mundelein is one of a kind. from the beginning they have treated us and our pup with kindness. they are aware she's a shy grandma and doesn't like being around other pups. they have great availability. i can text them and ask them anything and i almost immediately get a response. and the best part, their prices are incredible! i asked if they do fur dye bc i wanted her to be a cow for halloween and Oh my god. they blew my mind with how great she looks. they always leave my girl right no matter what! i love this place and even if i move, i will travel the distance just for her to continue seeing duke and friends!“

“Friday( 09-02-2022) I walked into this establishment desperate to book an appointment for my yorkie. The appointment I had at Pet Supplies Plus was canceled on me that same day and I was so upset. My yorkie needed grooming asap. I proceeded to google search and call the nearby grooming places and nobody answered their phones. While driving back home I saw Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming and decided to stop and hopefully book an appointment. The lady was so nice and understanding. Even though she was busy grooming a pup, she asked me to come back with my dog that very same day!! I am so grateful and thankful that even though she was so busy, she made room for my pup that day. THANK YOU SO MUCH!! My dog turned out beautiful after her grooming session at Wag-n-Wheel Dog Grooming. Thank you so much!!

Ps: The first pic is her, fresh out from her grooming session. The second pic where she's next to the other dog is from today two days later after her grooming. The bow became lose, that's why the fur is covering her eyes. The third pic where they're on their beds is what she looked like before. She desperately needed a trimming.

“Staff is very kind and helpful with my pets and they explain bills and have all the answers to the questions I’ve had. I like to go when it’s not too busy. Prices are fair and reasonable. The vet is very kind and welcoming. Attends the pets with care and handles them properly. Would recommend to everyone I know but the office is not taking new clients.“
