He communicated updates frequently and sent photos, which were helpful since we are not in the area where the building is located. The project was completed within the time frame he estimated and stayed on budget. He actually saved us money as the existing gutters were in good shape and did not need replaced. They were mindful of our tenants with the least disturbance to them and all staging was done in the back of the building. They also handled getting the necessary permits.
