1/9/2026- I continue to add to this review! Heavy rains caused us to have sump pump issues. Carmen was out the next day. He was able to replace a dated sump pump and back up system. He had great recommendations and financing options for this large project. Carmen also added a digital control panel so that we do not have to open the pit and disturb our radon mitigation system.“

“I called Stephens Plumbing and Heating after I was told by another company (that I have a service plan with for many years) that I needed a new HVAC unit ASAP. They quoted me around $15K, and when the tech left, he asked how soon I would be doing this. I told him it wasn't on the immediate horizon, and after showing pictures on how bad my furnace was, he said it should be. I called this group for a 2nd opinion, and the tech, David, said while I do need a new unit at some point, he eased my mind there were no safety concerns, like the tech from the other group said, and fixed a small part rather than replacing the whole unit.
