Henry and his team did an amazing job and worked their magic to help me execute on my vision. Henry spent a lot of time discussing the nuances of the installation process, ensuring I understood all the risks and signed off on the final layout. I had visited many showrooms and met with various fabricators, but the level of service Henry provided exceeded my expectations. I couldn’t decide on the stone, but Henry ensured I found the most unique quartzite that completed my vision. As we were working on the kitchen, Henry also helped with my fireplace project… he recommended the granite that he thought would complete my design and I absolutely loved the result. Henry has great expertise, attention to detail and a hardworking team. He is fully invested in each and every project… I’m very happy I found him for my project!
We're nearing the end of the installation phase of our new kitchen so I can't show you the back countertops (I'll try to addend this when its completed in its entirety!) but I have to share the beautiful work of art that Chicago Countertop Co just installed in our kitchen. We found Henry on an internet in search of quality craftsmanship in the Chicagoland area. He had stellar reviews but the pictures of his work was worth even more - he clearly cared very much about the product he was providing to his customers. We met several times to discuss an approach and had the good fortune to use a remnant stone in addition to our own slab to make our waterfall island (and countertops!) a reality. He was our stone source-r, our fabricator and our installer, all in one. We fell in love with the Fantasy Macaubus and that was it. He made it happen. He was very transparent about the hazards of working with stone and promised to do his best to line up the veining and patterns and true to his word, he made us a masterpiece. The edges are meticulous. His guys spent the entire day working carefully on this and we couldn't be happier with the end result. His pricing is entirely reasonable and his product is clearly superior to some of the stuff floating around at other establishments. I know he's relatively new in the fabrication and install game but I cannot recommend him enough. I feel like our island should speak for itself (and our countertops when finished!) but I will sing his praises from the rooftop to all who will listen.
Henry and his team were incredible. They walked me through every step of the way and explained every detail so I would feel comfortable trusting them with such a big piece of my renovation. They mapped out my stone with a special software that showed me exactly what each piece of countertop and backsplash would look like. Henry also kept in touch every step of the way suggesting sink supports and such to make sure my countertops were supported. He was very responsive and always answered night and day. The turnaround time was so quick and after not having a sink for 3 months, I truly appreciated it. The stone is beautiful and the application is flawless. I couldn't recommend this company more.
