Eric and his team on the IT side of Eder Casella & Co have been wonderful since Ive worked with them. I was introduced a little over a year ago and not only have they been reliable, they have been educational, professional and extremely caring. Eric gave me the info I needed and explain it in a way that is understandable. On top of this, they go above and beyond to help you walk out feeling like your protected and moving into the right direction when it comes to your IT needs. Its wonderful having someone in the area who is knowledgeable, extremely helpful and easy to talk to. Eric helped me with some IT issues I was having, got me set up with a backup driver/server and also gave me some amazing advice that will help me and my business moving forward. He also went out of his way to send suggestions for what I should buy and I can’t be more happy! Him and the few I met from the company were great! Highly recommend if you need help with computers, especially MACs.
