My family owned a very high-end hair salon called Roma In Northbrook for years. It is now closed, and I was having my haircut by Gabby, who was employed by another salon. Gabby has recently moved to this salon. I would highly recommend her as a stylist, as I get compliments every time she cuts my hair. Thank you Gabby! You’re the best!
Catarino is truly amazing! I started with 1 and he has now finished 12. Of those there were 5 of them that were very large. His attention to detail is phenomenal and is so awesome to conversate with while he is working on my masterpieces. Highly recommend him ! I still have more scheduled! Dr. Pendergast is wonderful with answering any questions or concerns and takes the time to listen! Ritch my hygienist is amazing as well, so caring and gentle! My teeth feel amazing after! Plus the girls in the front are great with checking in and out! Great environment and a comfortable place! LOVE

There were moments where the service rep was unable to perform the job, but the company was extremely communicative of the situation and provided insight into the process. Everyone I interacted with was professional. Exceptional service truly made the whole process smooth and satisfying—I even had some questions while one of the reps was out on holiday and they did everything in their power to make sure the process went smoothly, including following up and providing a summary of the work done and what was causing the problem. After calling around to different driving schools Grand Ave Driving School hands down was the best choice for us. Khristina and Ron are great at what they do. They made the whole experience for a first time mom of a student driver so easy. Thank you both and I highly recommend this school.
I have only had massages at full spas for the most part and I was unsure what to expect. My girlfriends and I are all shocked that my full body massage from Nina was the absolute best massage of my life. Nice wide table. Super comfy. Perfectly hard pressure. Nina’s technique was AMAZING. It included her stretching me. She lightly scratched my back which felt so so good and was so unexpected. This experience was absolutely perfect.
Rachel always goes above and beyond to make sure your hair looks great and that you are satisfied. She is very skilled at balayage and cutting hair. Additionally she is a kind and fun person to talk with during a lengthy color session.
Great experience, great high and tight haircut at a great price. Will definitely come back.

Highly recommend! Great customer service. The door handle on my 10+ year Provia storm door was not working and Troy was very helpful in finding and recommending the most cost effective solution. He ordered the part needed to fix the door handle instead of replacing the entire thing and did not need any reminders! Very reasonable and honest about pricing! Would go again for any Provia related needs.

My daughter recently visited Vichy Salon for a haircut, and we couldn't be more delighted with the service provided by Amber. From the moment we walked in, Amber exuded professionalism and warmth, putting my daughter at ease instantly.Amber not only listened attentively to my daughter's desires for her haircut but also executed them flawlessly. She skillfully cut and styled my daughter's hair exactly as requested, leaving her beaming with joy at the final result. We'll certainly be returning to her salon for years to come.
I am a long-term customer and really enjoy coming to this L.A. Tan location. The salon is always exceptionally clean, and they offer a great variety of tanning options and products — from different bed levels to lay-down, stand-up, and spray tans, along with trial and full-size lotions. I rarely have to wait for a room, and if I do, it's usually no more than 10 minutes.
They also offer well-priced tanning packages and frequently run specials, which makes it easy to save money while keeping your tan. The staff is consistently friendly, welcoming, and upbeat. They do a great job of maintaining standards — verifying identity, making sure you have your eyewear, and offering towels.
The only downside for me is the upselling — it can be a bit much. I understand it's part of their role, but when I'm in a hurry, I’d appreciate it if “no, thank you” was enough without additional pitches. That said, I still give this location 5 stars, because they’re clearly well-trained and committed to great service. Just a little less pressure on the sales side would make it perfect.
Overall, I highly recommend this location to anyone looking to keep their tan year-round!

Excellent service! A while back I had brought a hydrophobic jacket that had been stained on the cuffs with oil, I couldn’t get it out myself so I had them take care of it for me. Looks great and would come back again!
Things I love about this place: locally owned, friendly staff, good execution. This was my first time to this spot and I found out I have been to their other location in Wauconda! They are family owned and operated and I really enjoy the work they do at both shops. Priscilla did an amazing job on my mani pedi and nailed the picture that I provided (no pun intended ?). My daughter got a full set and they were done quickly and looked awesome. My pedicure was really nice and I liked all of the different options that they had. We will definitely be back!
I didn't like my nails that I had just got done at foxy nails and then came here immediately after and showed her the picture of the nails I wanted and Vicki was so sweet, she listened to me, and showed me color options and fixed my nails! This place is really great I will be going here from now on!
