The first one said, even though we didn’t have hail damage that insurance would pay for, that we needed a whole new roof and gutters for $25,000. Another company came by and said we really didn’t need anything and to just wait till it leaked. Jacob’s came and identified a few questionable areas, and repaired it for about $1,600!
