Had roof done in 2024, last week noticed a water mark on ceiling due to weather. Called to have someone come out for repair once they realized I was under warranty never responded again. Called and text 4-5 times, read receipt on text so i know they go it. Hope they do the right thing and come out
Though we started with few obstacles with communication at beginning but the siding job is complete and is beautiful. The crew I had on daily basis (wish I could remember their names) were so polite, funny and you could tell they enjoyed their job and co workers. They worked hard under very, very difficult working conditions.The one who should get extra pat on back is the older crew member - dad. This man is the one who installed actual siding which is an art in itself- he did an awesome job. Crew cleaned up every piece of old debris nothing left behind.
