We wanted our roof checked after hail from the last few years. We had 3 estimates. The first one said, even though we didn’t have hail damage that insurance would pay for, that we needed a whole new roof and gutters for $25,000. Another company came by and said we really didn’t need anything and to just wait till it leaked. Jacob’s came and identified a few questionable areas, and repaired it for about $1,600! Very satisfied with the work. Would definitely recommend!
My home had hail damage and I didn’t even realize it. I found out because I was getting a quote for a fence and noticed the damage. Toby, who also works for Jacob told me what I needed to do and they took it from there.
I have been very pleased with their work and timelines, I had my roof done, siding replace and gutters and I can say I’m pleased. I will definitely be calling back for them back for my other projects.
I must say that I was really pleased with the updates that I got from Lori, she kept me updating with time and progress every step of the way and truly meant a lot to me.
Everything was outstanding from start to finish. The sales rep was extremely helpful and no pressure. The followups from the office staff were prompt and polite. They sent texts rather than calling which made it much easier for me to respond. The crew that put on my siding was fabulous, courteous, and efficient. The gutter crew was also efficient, but I didn't get to meet them. I'm sure they were top notch and they did a great job!!! The project manager was on top of everything and made sure it was all done correctly and I was happy with their work. Highly recommend Jacob's!!!!
