“My husband and I recently purchased our first home under the impression that the roof was only 1-2 years old. It passed the home inspection, but cut to 1.5 months later, we had a leak in our kitchen. Unfortunately we learned the previous owner installed the roof himself, leaving us with no warranty. We had multiple companies come out and give us bids. Angelo came out the same day I filled out a contact form, provided such great attention to detail, and found more flaws in the roofing system than anyone else. He was so great about answering any questions we had that we immediately knew we wanted to work with him and team at Flat Roof Company. Our current budget allowed us to repair the roof and the work was fantastic. The team finished in 3 hours! I look forward to keeping up with routine inspections and working with the Flat Roof Company when it’s time to have a new roof installed.“

“Brad Miller was exceptionally responsive and accommodating providing estimates to replace our whole roof. He worked closely with us during the insurance hail damage claim process, and once the claim was approved had his team scheduled to start within a few days. This was a fairly large roof, and The team showed up at 6:15 am and stayed until 9:00 pm to complete the job. That included removal , installation, and cleanup. Very happy with the results! Brad had done several smaller jobs for us in the past, and His integrity and “honest” estimates and pricing were why we chose First Source to do our roof replacement.
