Our home suffered hail damage and required an entire west side siding replacement. After getting ghosted by or receiving very pricey offers from other contractors, I found Allen Roofing & Siding because of their BBB Torch Award for Ethics. Josh did a great job responding to my inquiries in a timely manner and gave me a fair price. The crew was polite, respectful of my property, and did a quality job. Overall, I'm very happy with the experience and will call Allen first the next time I have a roofing, siding, or tuckpointing project!
Allen roofing was great. I gave them a call. I spoke to Sandra Young. She said that Josh Fisher would be giving me a call and would be going out to check my property. He called within a couple hours went out and checked the property. The same day gave me a quote Mr. Bill the organizer contacted me gave me a date of delivery of the supplies the next day they came out installed the roof. It looks great. Everyone at Allen roofing was very professional. After installation I tried to pay the bill on line but I am Computer illiterate so contacted their billing department spoke to Linda Williams she walked me through the process got the bill paid easy pezzy. Pretty good experience. Plumber recommended a competitor who wanted 3x price for a national company. Workers got right to work, looks like a good job.
Being a nonexpert, it's tough to judge conflicting advice around how much airflow i need to avoid heat damage in an attic, but other than that seems to have been a decent job.
I would have appreciated a little more in the way of pictures regarding what the subsurface decking looked like as I had allergies and wanted anything old looking getting pulled out, but more important just to get it done.
