We have used MLK for 3 or 4 projects on our historic home (built in 1878). They will be our first call for any exterior renovations or repairs. On the most recent project, they put on a new pitched roof, sealed all of our windows, rebuilt our ornamental fascia and corbels , and repainted our entire home (windows, doors, trim, etc.). They were prompt and reasonably priced. The team that completed the job were great.
Great service! The cornice on our house was rusted and had peeling paint, as well as some tuckpointing that was needed. They came out really quickly for a quote and sent pictures, followed up by phone/email, and it was so easy! Also very helpful in guiding me through the process. Brian was especially communicative - he called to let us know when he was going to be there and when the job was done. Everyone we worked with was great ☺
Rarely do reviews unless a company deserves one. This guy name Brian went out to check my gutters and showed me one of my downspouts was clogged. He told me it was an easy fix and would do it for me for no charge. He went up there on my roof and checked my roof and gutters so see if there were any issues. This guy was very professional and so honest. I've never seen a company doing something for a customer for free. This company definitely got my business in the future with my roof or gutters!
