Great service! The cornice on our house was rusted and had peeling paint, as well as some tuckpointing that was needed. They came out really quickly for a quote and sent pictures, followed up by phone/email, and it was so easy! Also very helpful in guiding me through the process. Brian was especially communicative - he called to let us know when he was going to be there and when the job was done. Everyone we worked with was great ☺
Rarely do reviews unless a company deserves one. This guy name Brian went out to check my gutters and showed me one of my downspouts was clogged. He told me it was an easy fix and would do it for me for no charge. He went up there on my roof and checked my roof and gutters so see if there were any issues. This guy was very professional and so honest. I've never seen a company doing something for a customer for free. This company definitely got my business in the future with my roof or gutters! From estimate to project completion, MLK delivered exceptional service. Communication and process transparency were excellent. They worked with my insurance company to a positive claim outcome. The crew members throughout the project were professional, friendly, communicative, consistent, and detail oriented. We have a very complicated roof, and MLK was able to install a new roof, while correcting/repairing issues from the old roof. The new roof is absolutely beautiful!
