“I got several quotes for a potential new roof (it was old and had years of hail damage) after a company canvased my neighborhood. I spent considerable time/energy contacting what I felt to be the most professional companies… with high review ratings and recommended by Angie’s List. Coldstream was one of them. Kevin came out, inspected my roof and then talked with me at length. He was very professional and personable… but just as important to me, he was very honest in telling me my roof would probably last a few more years… but he gave me pros and cons for waiting versus replacing it now. He also pointed to a problem my previous roof had that I was unaware of and recommended a fix of that problem also. After much consideration, I went with Coldstream because I trusted Kevin (he didn’t try to “hard sell” me, a single woman, as other companies have done) and their pricing was good… not too high, not too low. My roof was replaced within a week (!). It’s beautiful and Kevin made the process go without a hitch. I rarely ever provide reviews for companies, but interacting with Kevin (before, during and after the replacement) made the process so much less stressful for me! “Repair it Roofing was great from start to finish. In a few days after I called they had an Inspector at my home to access the damage. I picked out the color shingles I wanted and now I have a beautiful new professionally installed roof on my detached garage. “I had hail and wind damage in May of 2025. I reached out to Pro Installation & Design and was told it would take a few months to get my house fixed. While it took WAY longer than that, closer to 10 months, I understood everyone in St Louis was in the same boat as I was. I stayed patient. Every so often I reached out to my salesperson AJ who assured me he was still in communication with State Farm concerning my claim. He also told me about supply issues St Louis was having. While it wasn't fun waiting, WOW, was it worth the wait! I FINALLY have my house fixed and it looks PERFECT! The crew that worked on it attended to every detail and it looks brand new! I am EXTREMELY happy with how everything turned out. My neighbors who rushed their process with other companies are already complaining about the shoddy workmanship they received. “The estimate by Bill was not just fair but very enlightening he explained alot to me and was very patient and through, also for coming out at the end of his day, he wasn't trying to look and run, he really took his time with me. Thank you Bill. Carson kept me notified as far as what the start date was even when we had to reschedule because of weather not cooperating, the day we ended up on (thank you mother nature) the crew showed up and went right to work after a 'walk around' to make sure everyone was on the same page. They were very diligent and tedious with their work and were completed in a short time. The had me take a look and make sure I was satisfied and make sure there wasn't anything else that need to be done, they did a really good job cleaning up and then they were on their way. “Rarely do reviews unless a company deserves one. This guy name Brian went out to check my gutters and showed me one of my downspouts was clogged. He told me it was an easy fix and would do it for me for no charge. He went up there on my roof and checked my roof and gutters so see if there were any issues. This guy was very professional and so honest. I've never seen a company doing something for a customer for free. This company definitely got my business in the future with my roof or gutters!
