“What can we say about Chad and the guys at Matterhorn. We had them out to do our siding and were so happy we had them come back out and do our roof a few months later. Chad, the owner, is very knowledgable, very responsive, very helpful, and very accessible. He responds to texts and emails, dealt with our insurance company for us, and when something got left behind or needed a touch up, he sent his guys back out and got it all taken care of asap. It’s also a locally run company, so you know they care because they live and work within the same community. “You couldn't ask for a better roofing company than, Lakeside Roofing Co. and Gary Bowling's Crew. My roof was leaking and we had a couple of good days at end of Jan. 2024. Gary called me and said instead of waiting till spring, they could knock it out in one day. They arrived at 7am and finished some minor things next morning. After a couple hours they had cleaned up and was out of there. Did a wonderful job on the roof. Everyone was courteous and respectful of property. He worked closely with us during the insurance hail damage claim process, and once the claim was approved had his team scheduled to start within a few days. This was a fairly large roof, and The team showed up at 6:15 am and stayed until 9:00 pm to complete the job. That included removal , installation, and cleanup. Very happy with the results! Brad had done several smaller jobs for us in the past, and His integrity and “honest” estimates and pricing were why we chose First Source to do our roof replacement. Very prompt, responsive and answered all my questions including bringing me samples of different shingle colors until I made up my mind. Bill contacted me to schedule the installation.
