“I truly love Wilmette Healing Spa. It is a hidden gem on the Northshore. Lisa and her masseuses/ technicians provide a safe clean and warm environment. I love the fact that I can text Lisa in the morning or early afternoon and she has always made room to accommodate me. Her prices are so reasonable and it’s the best way for me to treat myself. I try to go to the spa at least once a week. She’s open as late as 9pm so if you feel like you want to sleep like a baby, come get a 60 or a 90 minute massage. You will NOT be sorry. I always leave happy and feel so grateful that this spa is so close toHome. I have a friend who comes all the way from Riverwoods to get body work done here.I have chronic aches and pains Lisa is a nurse and really knows a lot about anatomy and muscles She is small but mighty.!! “I visited Return to Youth spa for their Far Infra Red Sauna. Kerry, the very knowledgeable and personable owner couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the benefits of using the sauna. The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. Kerry is very flexible in scheduling follow up visits and visit package plans are available, making for a great value. In addition to the saunas, skin care services are offered and a variety of supplements and healthy drinks are available for purchase as well as a 10 day detox program.
