“I visited Return to Youth spa for their Far Infra Red Sauna. Kerry, the very knowledgeable and personable owner couldn't have been more helpful in explaining the benefits of using the sauna. The sauna itself is an amazing experience and unlike a traditional sauna in that the sauna's infrared rays painlessly penetrate the skin providing healing and relaxation. Sauna sessions are available in either a 20 or 30 minute duration. You can't go wrong with either duration, as both will leave you feeling rejuvenated and invigorated. Kerry is very flexible in scheduling follow up visits and visit package plans are available, making for a great value. In addition to the saunas, skin care services are offered and a variety of supplements and healthy drinks are available for purchase as well as a 10 day detox program. This is a 60 minute treatment with a foot, head/neck and back massage.You take off your shoes to soak your feet in warm water during the head/neck massage and you are covered with a warm blanket. Make sure to wear comfy clothes. A T-shirt and joggers would be perfect.The massage is pretty intense. If you have tight muscles and need a deep tissue massage this is definitely a good option.“

“I found this wonderful gem after an acute upper back injury in 2021. I've gone back several times but let me tell you this is prolly the best $60 you'd spend on yourself. I've seen a couple therapists here, but today Vivian showed up! One might underestimate her strength, but her hands were as strong as bull. I have never personally faced a bull, but my back felt moderate torture that was strangely enough therapeutic! I promise. I woke up today with what might have looked like overnight torticollis. Literally couldn't turn my neck to the right. I called at 11 to see if I could get in during lunch and was lucky to get an appointment. I feel like I should play lotto tonight! My back feels adequately stretched, massaged, and properly aligned once again. I hope you'll try this little gem, across the street from the GLENVIEW Public Library and train station.“
