Sarah is absolutely fantastic! I’ve gone to see her a few times now and I can’t say it enough how much she’s able to work through your muscles. I had a really bad muscle knot in my upper back near my shoulder blade and she was able to get it cleared out and now it feels better! Definitely give this place a shot if you need a great massage
Had an amazing lymphatic massage with Sarah. She was very knowledgeable on the body amd nutrition and things that would help benefit my results of my massage. Highly recommend and I will definitely be back 💓
I cannot recommend her enough. She is incredibly intuitive, knowledgeable, and gifted at what she does. I came in carrying so much tension and restriction in my body from an old horseback riding injury, and the shift I experienced through her lymphatic work was remarkable. It felt like my body was finally able to release layers of stored tension and trauma it had been holding onto for years.
Her touch is both gentle and incredibly effective, and I felt safe, supported, and deeply cared for throughout the entire session. I left feeling lighter, more open, and more connected to my body. She is truly exceptional at her work, and I’m so grateful I found her.
