I don't know much about flooring and he very patiently explained the process. The quote was competitive and there was absolutely no nickel and diming or attempted upcharging after the fact.I needed the carpet in two bedrooms replaced with hardwood to match the rest of my home. Vasi kept me completely up to date on the work he did every day and the expected time remaining. He fixed areas of rotten subfloor, caulked and insulated edges, and made sure everything was dry before installing anything new - I wouldn't have even known anything was wrong if he hadn't sent pictures and told me about everything! I returned to my home as they finished installing felt pads under all my furniture legs and moved everything back to exactly where they were. I watched as they cleaned, dusted, vacuumed, and mopped to leave my area beautiful. He left me extra pads and recommended a cheap floor cleaner to use.I was quite literally dancing with joy when I saw my new floors, I could not believe my eyes.
