“Start to finish GNF had excellent service. No pressure discussion of carpet choices started us out. They brought samples to our home so we could see the colors right where the carpet would be and feel the textures, weights, and material.
They were very knowledgeable about the differences between the carpet choices helped us pick the best carpet for where it was going to go.
The price was lower than the other two quotes we solicited, and the carpet itself was higher quality.
Deposit got the carpet ordered, good communication while the carpet shipped, and at no time were we wondering how long this would take. Everything was clear, transparent and on time.
Installer was super friendly, clean, and did a perfect job. Cleanup afterward was complete and everything was show ready at the end.
Honestly the nicest carpet we've owned, and for less than I've ever paid for carpet. Very happy with the product and the entire experience.

“The absolute best customer service ever. Obviously no one wants to have their epoxy job get messed up.6 months later Something went wrong with my epoxy and it started bubbling. I called them out to take a look at it, they immediately said they will make it right. They spent 4 days REDOING MY ENTIRE BASEMENT FLOOR. there was no argument or trying to so it was fault. They really stand behind their work. I will never recommend anyone else for epoxy work.
